FAQ: Is an Annual Fee Mandatory?
After the first year, you'll retain full software functionality for diagnosing, calibrating, and parameter checks. Opting not to renew the Jaltest license would result in losing access to our technical support and the three major software updates. Failure to renew Jaltest information would mean losing repair data within the software. Click the provided software links to view current renewal pricing.
Jaltest Off Highway, Stationary Engines, Material handling and Engine covers over 172 brands of heavy equipment and over 3342 models. Our on highway coverage is 209 brands and 5804 different models of on highway commercial vehicles. The Agricultural diagnostic tool has coverage of 112 brands and 1916 models. Coverage will vary at the model level. With 3 major updates a year Jaltest continues to build out more capabilities across all the systems and brands. These updates are part of your annual license. If you need service on your laptop our service team will prioritize the repair and return it to you as quick as possible. To minimize your downtime add Mechnician uptime coverage to your liscence. With uptime coverage we will send a replacement laptop within 48 hours to use during your service period. Coverage available in North America for $397 a year
