FAQ: Do I Need to Pay an Annual Fee?
After the first year, you'll maintain all software features, including diagnostics and calibration. However, choosing not to renew your Jaltest license will result in losing access to technical support, three major updates, and repair information. Check the renewal rates via the software links provided. It's recommended to invest in keeping your diagnostic data updated and accessing support from experienced engineers and diagnostic experts.
The software in this kit is for installation on your own laptop. We do offer new and refurbished Panasonic Toughbooks. Depending on your needs you can consider a semi rugged Panasonic zf-55 for shop use or for the ultimate toughness a refurbished Panasonic CF 31 rugged for field use complete with 15 months warranty. We also have Ruggon rugged tablets.
Jaltest has excellent on highway coverage of 209 brands and 5804 different models of on highway commercial vehicles. The new Light commercial vehicle kit allows you to access coverage specifically of light commercial vehicles in this kit. With 3 major updates a year Jaltest continues to build out more capabilities across all the systems and brands. These updates are part of your annual license.
