With Jaltest Info Web you don't need a diagnostic tool to lookup the fault code and make decisions on how you are going to proceed. Simply login to any browser and enter your fault code / diagnostic trouble code (DTC). Search the Jaltest fault code list and access everything from pictures, troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, component replacement instructions and more.

Diagnostic Laptop

Jaltest Info Web can be accessed from any browser. If you are looking for a tougher laptop to handle the demands of the field, we do offer new and refurbished Panasonic Toughbooks. Depending on your needs, consider a semi-rugged Panasonic zf-55 for shop use or a refurbished Panasonic CF 31 rugged laptop with 15 months warranty for field use. We also have Ruggon rugged tablets.

 

Diagnostic kits are able to ship the same day if ordered by 2pm EDT. Rush shipments are available and can arrive around north america in 24-48 hours. Standard shipping is 3-5 days iglobally.

Computer Options & Requirements

If you already have a service laptop with minimium windows 10, 8GB of ram and 40GB of harddrive space we will install Jaltest for you on your device.
If you are looking for a rugged service laptop we have many options for you.

Certified Refurbished
We don't just clean them up, we fully inspect and certify our refurbished laptops with a 98 step process. These certified refurbished laptops come with a 15 month warranty

The majority of our customers prefer the 5ft drop radius and value of the refurbished Panasonic CF31, but we have refurbished options for tablets and semi rugged laptops as well

New Rugged Laptops & Tablets
If you prefer a new Laptop a Jaltest branded Panasonic FZ55 is available as well as unbranded Dell laptops and tablet options.

Mechncian UpTime Coverage
If you need service on your laptop our service team will prioritize the repair and return it to you as quick as possible. To minimize your downtime add Mechnician uptime coverage to your liscence. With uptime coverage we will send a replacement laptop within 48 hours to use during your service period. Coverage available in North America for $397 a year
